Returns and Exchanges

Our Return Policy is pretty simple. We promote “Mindful Maintenance” and want to provide a delightful shopping experience. This includes a 100% refund of your purchase. 

Follow the Return And Exchanges instructions below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the seal unbroken. Please keep original packaging for returns.

You can return unopened products for up to 14 days after the initial purchase date.

Please allow 7-10 business days from our receipt of package for processing the return transaction.

We are not responsible for personal damages to a product, gift set, or subscription box. We cannot refund a return that has been broken, damaged, stolen, or opened after delivery.


Return And Exchange Process


  • If your product arrives broken or in poor condition, please email us at or give us a call 1-800 914-3499 Option 2, 9AM-5PM EST Monday – Friday
  • Repack the contents of the package
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Subscription Box returns will be managed directly by a customer care team member by email or phone. The full contents of the box must be returned for us to process a refund.
  • We do not accept exchanges for flavor or product preferences.


If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
